99ee Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 99ee's services, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion registry for betting or casino platforms.
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of any 99ee staff or its game providers.

Each user may maintain only one active account on 99ee. Creating multiple accounts under the same person — regardless of the CPF or device used — violates these terms and may result in all associated accounts being blocked and any pending bonuses or withdrawals being cancelled.

99ee reserves the right to refuse registration or close accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements, at any time and without prior notice, returning any real balances deposited by the account holder.

2. Account Verification (KYC)

The identity verification process (Know Your Customer — KYC) is mandatory for withdrawal processing and full access to the platform. 99ee may request the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: valid RG, CNH, or Brazilian passport.
• Proof of address in the account holder's name, issued within the last 90 days.
• Selfie holding your identity document, as instructed by support.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, where applicable.

99ee reviews submitted documents within up to 24 business hours of full submission. During this period, deposited funds remain available for betting, but withdrawals are held until verification is complete.

99ee may request additional documentation for verification in specific cases, such as high-value withdrawals, registration inconsistencies, or activities requiring further validation to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

3. Deposits and Payments

99ee exclusively accepts deposits made in BRL through the following payment methods:

• Pix – instant, available 24/7 including holidays. Credited within 30 seconds.
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) – settlement within up to 1 business day after payment.
• Credit and debit card – Visa, Mastercard, and Elo. Credited within up to 15 minutes.
• PicPay – processed within 15 minutes.
• Mercado Pago – processed within 15 minutes.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00. The maximum per transaction and per period may vary depending on the account's verification level and the payment method used. Check the Deposits and Withdrawals section on the platform for current limits.

99ee only accepts deposits from accounts and payment methods held in the registered user's own name. Deposits made by third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in the balance being frozen and additional documentation being requested for clarification.

4. Withdrawals and Settlement

Withdrawals at 99ee are processed exclusively via Pix, to the key registered under the account holder's name. Users must ensure the Pix key provided belongs to a bank account in their own name — withdrawals sent to incorrect or third-party keys cannot be recovered by 99ee.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Processing takes up to 5 minutes after the request for accounts with completed KYC verification. For accounts still under verification, withdrawals are queued until KYC is finalized.

99ee may withhold or delay a withdrawal under the following circumstances:

• Account with a pending KYC verification or insufficient documentation.
• Balance subject to an unmet bonus rollover — in this case, only the bonus balance is held; the real balance remains available for withdrawal.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• Withdrawal requests that exceed the account's maximum limits.

Withdrawals withheld due to suspected irregularities are communicated to the user by email, including the reason and the steps required to resolve the issue. 99ee does not hold real balances without a justified reason formally communicated to the user.

5. Sports Betting

Sports Betting on 99ee is subject to the following general rules:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled by the user, unless the cash-out feature is available for that specific market.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error on the platform may be cancelled by 99ee, with the full stake returned to the user's balance.
• If a sporting event is cancelled after the match has started — due to reasons such as extreme weather, an administrative decision, or force majeure — bets are voided and stakes returned, except where the result had already been determined prior to the cancellation.
• Postponed matches are treated as open bets for up to 24 hours. If the game is not played within that window, the bet is voided and the stake is returned.
• Multiple (parlay) bets with one or more voided selections have the voided selection removed, and the bet continues with the remaining selections at the adjusted combined odds.

99ee covers more than 30 sports, with a strong focus on Brazilian football — Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, and Sul-Americana — as well as basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, UFC, tennis, e-sports, and Formula 1. Available markets and odds for each event are set by the 99ee trading team and may be adjusted at any time before the event begins.

6. Casino and Online Games

99ee's online casino offers slots, live tables with real dealers, crash games, and automated table games. The following rules apply to all casino games:

• The outcomes of automated games are determined by random number generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories. 99ee does not interfere with the results of any round.
• Live tables are provided by third-party suppliers such as Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. In the event of a technical failure during a live session, the affected round may be declared void and the wagered amount returned to the balance.
• RTPs (Return to Player) declared by providers are theoretical and represent the expected average return over a large number of rounds — they do not guarantee results in any individual session.
• The use of automation tools, bots, or any external software to play at 99ee's casino is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

• Each bonus is tied to a rollover requirement (wagering requirement) that must be met before the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• The deadline to meet the rollover requirement is specified in the relevant promotion. Bonuses with an unmet rollover by the deadline are automatically removed from the account, with no refund.
• Bets placed at odds below the minimum specified in the promotion do not count toward the rollover. The standard minimum for Sports Betting is odds of 1.50 per selection.
• Welcome bonuses are exclusive to new users and may be redeemed only once per CPF, IP address, and device.
• 99ee reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated withdrawals if there is evidence of abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim promotions repeatedly.
• Recurring promotions — such as weekly cashback and free spins — have individually published conditions and may be modified or discontinued by 99ee with at least 48 hours' prior notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to use 99ee's services in any of the following ways:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bonuses.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use yours.
• Attempting to manipulate game or bet outcomes through technical means or by colluding with other users.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any automation software to interact with the platform.
• Making deposits using third-party payment methods or funds of illicit origin.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Share login or access credentials with third parties.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform through unauthorized means.

Any confirmed prohibited conduct may result in immediate account closure, cancellation of pending withdrawals related to the breach, and reporting to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.

9. Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time through 99ee support. Prior to closure, 99ee processes any pending real-balance withdrawals in accordance with the applicable rules. Bonus balances are not returned upon voluntary closure before rollover requirements have been met.

99ee may close an account without the user's request in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Account holder's request through a compulsive gambling self-exclusion process.
• Court order or determination by a competent regulatory authority.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months — in this case, the user is notified 30 days in advance and the real balance remains available for withdrawal.

In the event of compulsory closure due to a terms violation, 99ee will return any real deposited balance not directly associated with the confirmed breach. Winnings generated from bets placed in violation of these terms may be voided.

10. Responsible Gambling

99ee is committed to promoting responsible gambling and offers the following tools to all registered users:

• Deposit limits: daily, weekly, and monthly, configurable in the account settings.
• Loss limits: prevents bets beyond a maximum loss amount per period.
• Session alerts: notifications after a continuous usage period set by the user.
• Temporary break: account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, activated immediately.
• Self-Exclusion: account suspension for a minimum period of 6 months, with no possibility of early reversal.

11. Intellectual Property

Users are prohibited from reproducing, copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorization from 99ee. Authorized use is limited to personal, non-commercial access to the platform's services.

Casino games and content are provided under license by their respective providers — Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and others — and are subject to those providers' terms of use, which may restrict access in certain regions.

12. Limitation of Liability

99ee is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets or games played on the platform. The outcome of Sports Betting and casino games is inherently uncertain — winnings are not guaranteed, and the user accepts the risk involved in each transaction.

99ee is also not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical failures.
• Losses caused by unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in handling their login credentials.
• User decisions based on tips, analysis, or editorial content published on 99ee — such materials are informational only and do not guarantee any outcome.
• Odds fluctuations between the time a bet is intended and the time it is confirmed, when caused by normal market movements.

99ee's total liability to the user, under any circumstances, is limited to the value of the real balance deposited by the user and not yet withdrawn at the time of the relevant event.

13. Changes to the Terms

99ee may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When this occurs:

• The update date will be revised at the top of this document.
• Registered users will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance of any changes that significantly affect their rights.
• Continued use of the platform after the new version's effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• Users who do not agree with the changes may close their account and withdraw their real balance before the new terms take effect.

Technical adjustments, editorial corrections, or additions that expand user rights may be implemented without prior notice, with the effective date updated immediately.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of 99ee's services will be subject to Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).

The parties agree to submit any disputes arising from these terms to the court of the user's place of residence, waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
